CAN YOU EAT SLIME?
It may smell good but all our slimes are not edible.
It's normal for slimes to deflate or shrink over time and become sticky!
Why is everything out of stock?
We restock every week unless stated otherwise on our Instagram.

All packages come with: your slime(s), Extras are included in orders of 5+ slimes!

When will my order ship?
All packages are usually shipped within 3 days!
If an incorrect address is entered, please email us BEFORE your order has shipped to update it! We do not verify/fix addresses before orders are shipped.
Where is my order?
Check the tracking number provided. If you're tracking number has not been updated for a while, please EMAIL US!
1-3 days processing time + 2-7 days transit = 3-10 days to reach you
My slime was damaged during transit. What do I do?
Please use our email izzyandMaryslimes@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged slime. This happens due to rough handling after the package has been shipped out.
My package got sent back to your warehouse! What happens now?
Your package was most likely sent back due to an address issue. An incorrectly entered address is the most common reason packages are returned. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the slimes. However, the shipping will not be refunded!
Can I change my address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please EMAIL us immediately for an address change. If it has already shipped, there is nothing we can do. Please enter your address correctly to avoid any delays!

Cancellations are not allowed after the order has been placed.
